By enrolling with CIS Driving School, you agree to comply with all California DMV laws and our school policies. Students must hold a valid California learner’s permit or driver’s license before any behind-the-wheel instruction. Lesson fees must be paid in advance; cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture of lesson credit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to instructor availability, vehicle maintenance, weather, or safety concerns. Our instructors are licensed by the California DMV and follow all state safety standards. CIS Driving School is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage except as required by law. Use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future updates.
